Thank you for visiting Keynote Tuning. I am Michael Mathwig, a professional Piano Tuner and Technician. Pianos have always been a part of my life and continue to be my passion. I trained and graduated from the country’s premier Piano Technology Program at North Bennet Street School, located in Boston’s historic North End. There, I studied under nationally recognized and respected trade practitioners with a combined tenure exceeding 100 years. Graduates of North Bennet Street School have demonstrated a mastery of skills encompassing aural tuning, grand and upright regulation, and general repair. As a member of the Piano Technicians Guild, I stay apprised of the latest tools and techniques used in the profession. My goal is to bring out your piano’s true potential, be it a treasured family heirloom or a specially purchased concert grand.
As a piano tuner technician, I am qualified to service your entire instrument. In addition to tuning, I am trained in repair and regulation of your piano’s action parts. I currently service pianos in both the Tampa Bay and Orlando Metropolitan areas.
